Apart from working as a reservist in the Australian Army, I enjoy travelling, and food tours worldwide. Being at the formative stage of my career, I am excited to continue my growth by pursuing further opportunities in the legal industry. Additionally, these experiences led me to discover my passion for legal problem-solving and making a positive impact through my work. As a growth oriented individual, I have focused on constantly expanding my skillset through being actively involved in university societies, immersing myself in case competitions and gaining diverse professional experiences as a Risk Associate at Macquarie Group and a paralegal at law firms. My name is Dani and I am currently studying Law and Commerce at UNSW. In my spare time, I am the Vice-President of the Business Society, a volunteer with Girl Guides Australia and passionate tennis player. When I am not studying, I thoroughly enjoy participating in law society competitions, the most recent being the Australian Law Students’ Association Negotiation in July this year. I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University. As a member of the fourth group of Chinese-Australian adoptees under the one-child policy, I am passionate about embracing all opportunities and maintaining a growth mindset.
